At Trendify Hub, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item received is different from what was ordered

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear images or video of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared


Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item

  • Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method

  • Bank refunds may take 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the following bank account (if applicable):
